The Handoff
Stage-to-stage checklists for a VTuber model build. Copy one, send it, tick it off offline — or run it inside a room where each tick records who and when.
The Handoff is the gate between illustration, cutting, rigging, and shading. These checklists name what should be agreed before the next stage starts. Yubikiri does not open your PSD or validate layers — in a room, each item is a dated attestation: who ticked it, and when both sides can see.

Inside a linked room
The same items appear between linked commission rooms in a build chain. When someone ticks an item, the room records their name and the date — a shared record instead of a screenshot thread. Linked rooms today share one payee on milestones; collaborators join for files and handoffs, not separate Checkout per vendor.
Open the linked build demo (no account), or start from the homepage when you are ready to open your own.
