About Yubikiri

Yubikiri exists because commission culture is full of talented artists and excited clients — and far too many broken expectations. Missed deadlines. Surprise finals. Revision loops that never end. Terms nobody read until it was too late.

We built a simple tool: one commission room, one shared record, one place where briefs, approvals, revisions, and deadlines live in the open. Not a marketplace. Not escrow (yet). Just receipts — so both sides can keep their promise.

Who it's for

Artists who take commissions — especially in the VTuber, anime, and fan art scenes — and clients who want clarity without killing the creative process. If you've ever wished Discord DMs had an audit trail, this is that, designed for art.

What we believe

• Trust compounds. An on-time track record should be earned, not claimed on a Carrd.
• Boundaries are kind. Visible revision limits protect artists and clients alike.
• Tools should stay out of the way. One link. One room. No bloated CRM.

Where we're going

v1 is free and focused on the trust layer. When artists are using it for real commissions, we'll carefully add optional escrow payments and stronger dispute tools — without turning into another fee-heavy middleman overnight.
